China WEEE "Waste Electrical and Electronic Products Disposal Catalog" (First Batch) Officially Released No. 16/ 2010 China officially released the "Waste Electrical and Electronic Products Disposal Catalog" organized by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (First Batch)" and "Several Provisions on Developing and Adjusting the Catalog for the Disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products", which have been approved by the State Council and will come into effect on January 1, 2011. This catalog includes five categories of products: televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, room air conditioners and microcomputers.
