Manufacturers are closely following the developments in these exemptions, such as the commonly used clauses 6(c), 7(c)-I, and 8(b)-I in Annex III. These exemptions are currently under review for extensions, with the relevant final evaluation reports released pending the final revision of the EU Directive. In addition to monitoring exemptions for which extensions have been requested, manufacturers are also closely watching upcoming exemptions. CTI has compiled a detailed list of exemptions expiring in July 2024 that have not yet been extended. Companies utilizing these exemptions are advised to promptly adjust their materials to comply with the RoHS Directive's hazardous substance limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Note: The exemptions are listed in Annex III and Annex IV of 2011\/65\/EU. Annex III covers all electrical and electronic equipment applications, while Annex IV specifically covers medical and monitoring equipment applications.
