One part is the restricted substances assessment, which uses existing assessment methods to identify and evaluate potentially restricted substances, update the substance list, and evaluate some substances that may be restricted in the future. The other part is the assessment of exclusion projects, which confirms and updates the exemption assessment methodology and evaluates new exemption applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main points of the Pack 15 final report are summarized as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Update existing methods to identify and evaluate potentially restricted substances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Announced the evaluation results of seven new substances. Medium-chain chlorinated paraffins (MCCPs) and tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBP-A) are recommended to be included in the list of restricted substances in Annex II of the RoHS Directive based on the evaluation results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and prioritize substances included in the restricted substances list according to the RoHS 2 directive, and collect supplementary information on the 43 substances listed in Group I of the priority substances list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop exemption assessment methods and assessment results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposal to extend the exemption clause in
