The purpose is to reduce the risks to human health posed by its use as a solvent. <br><br>After extensive consultation and discussion, the proposal was announced by the European Commission on November 19, 2021, officially adding N,N-dimethylformamide to Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation. It was newly added as item 76 in Annex XVII, restricting its use as a substance, as an ingredient in other substances, or in mixtures at a concentration equal to or greater than 0.3%. The regulation will take effect 20 days after its publication in the Official Journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The relevant regulations for N, N-dimethylformamide in REACH Annex 17 entry 76 are mainly described as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea&nbsp;(\u7fa4\u7d44)\u6216\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u4e2d\u4e4b<br>\u5316\u5b78\u7269\u8cea\u540d\u7a31)<br>Designation of the substance, of the groups of substances or of the preparation<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>\u9650\u5236\u689d\u4ef6&nbsp;(Conditions of Restriction)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>76.&nbsp;N, N-\u4e8c\u7532\u57fa\u7532\u91af\u80fa<br>N,N-dimethylformamide<br>CAS No 68-12-2<br>EC. No 200-679-5<br>&nbsp;<\/td><td>\u57282023\u5e7412\u670812\u65e5\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f5c\u70ba\u55ae\u7368\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u3001\u4f5c\u70ba\u5176\u4ed6\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u6210\u5206\u6216\u5728\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u4e2d\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7b49\u65bc\u6216\u5927\u65bc0.3%\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u6295\u653e\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u3001\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u548c\u4e0b\u6e38\u7528\u6236\u5df2\u5c07\u5de5\u4eba\u66b4\u9732\u7684\u7121\u6548\u61c9\u5291\u91cf\u503c(DNEL)\u5438\u5165\u63a5\u89f8\u70ba6 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>and dermal exposure of 1.1 mg\/kg\/day as disclosed in the relevant chemical safety reports and safety data sheets. After December 12, 2023, it shall not be manufactured or used as a substance, as a component of other substances, or in mixtures at a concentration equal to or greater than 0.3%, unless manufacturers and downstream users implement appropriate risk management measures and provide an appropriate operating environment to ensure that worker exposure is below the DNEL specified in paragraph 1. As a derogation from paragraphs 1 and 2, the regulatory obligations shall apply from December 12, 2024, to solvents placed on the market or used in processes for direct or transfer polyurethane coating of textiles and paper, or in the production of polyurethane films, and from December 12, 2025, to solvents placed on the market or used in processes for dry and wet spinning of synthetic fibers.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: The above Chinese translation is for reference only.
