On June 14, 2023, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) announced on its official website that two new substances were included in the 29th batch of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) Candidate List. Currently, there are 235 items in the SVHC Candidate List. The newly added items are the same as the 29th batch of Substances of Very High Concern Recommended List announced by ECHA in February 2023. These substances were included in the SVHC Candidate List because of their persistence, bioaccumulative toxicity and reproductive toxicity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
