Gas absorption heat pumps do offer higher energy efficiency than condensing boiler technology and can reduce carbon emissions, meeting the exemption conditions under Article 5 of the EU RoHS Directive 2011\/65\/EU. Therefore, new exemption clauses 9(a)-III for hexavalent chromium have been added to Annex III of the directive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eecloud.sgs.com\/Region_TW\/UploadCenter\/others\/20230204140122.jpg\" alt=\"\u91dd\u5c0dRoHS \u8c41\u514d\u7533\u8acb\u8a55\u4f30\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u8ad6\uff0c\u88fd\u51b7\u5291\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u66ff\u4ee3\u516d\u50f9\u927b\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u79d1\u5b78\u548c\u6280\u8853\u4e0a\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u884c\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4ed6\u6d88\u9664\u4e86\u927b\u9178\u9209\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u516d\u50f9\u927b\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u52a0\u71b1\u6280\u8853\u4e26\u4e0d\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u540c\u7b49\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u6c23\u9ad4\u5438\u6536\u5f0f\u71b1\u6cf5\u78ba\u5be6\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u6bd4\u51b7\u51dd\u934b\u7210\u6280\u8853\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u78b3\u6392\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u6b50\u76dfRoHS\u6307\u4ee42011\/65\/EU Article 5 \u8c41\u514d\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u6307\u4ee4\u7684\u9644\u9304 \u2162 \u4e2d\u65b0\u589e\u95dc\u65bc\u516d\u50f9\u927b\u7684\u8c41\u514d\u689d\u6b3e9(a)-\u2162\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On January 26, 2023, the Official Journal of the European Union officially published Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2023\/171, which added exclusion clauses 9(a)-III of Annex III to the RoHS Directive (2011\/65\/EU).
