This regulation covered chemical substances including diethylene glycol monoethyl ether (DEGME), diethylene glycol butyl ether (DEGBE), cyclohexane, diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), and ammonium nitrate. The recently amended regulation complies with the restrictive provisions of the REACH Regulation.
