The report reviewed 29 exclusion clauses and recommended that the following seven be removed from the exclusion clauses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>\u7b2c16\u9805 \u2013 \u7ba1\u72c0\u767d\u71be\u71c8\u4e2d\u7684\u925b<br>Lead in linear incandescent lamps (2006\/310\/EC)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u7b2c18\u9805 \u2013 \u653e\u96fb\u71c8\u4e2d\u87a2\u5149\u7c89\u7684\u925b\u6d3b\u5316\u5291<br>Lead as activator in the fluorescent power of discharge lamps (2006\/310\/EC)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u7b2c19\u9805 \u2013 \u542bPbBiSn-Hg\u53caPbInSn-Hg\u6210\u5206\u4e4b\u4e3b\u8981\u6c5e\u9f4a<br>Lead with PbBiSn-Hg and PbBiSn-Hg in specific compositions (2006\/310\/EC)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u7b2c20\u9805 \u2013 \u7528\u65bc\u9023\u7d50\u6db2\u6676\u986f\u793a\u5668\u4e2d\u524d\u5f8c\u5e73\u7248\u87a2\u5149\u71c8\u57fa\u8cea\u7684\u542b\u6c27\u5316\u925b\u73bb\u7483<br>Lead in oxide glass used for bonding front and rear substrates of flat fluorescent lamps used for Liquid Crystal Displays (LCD) (2006\/310\/EC)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u7b2c26\u9805 \u2013 \u85cd\u9ed1\u71c8\u7ba1 (BLB)\u73bb\u7483\u5916\u7f69\u6240\u542b\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u925b<br>Lead oxide in the glass envelope of Black Light Blue (BLB) (2006\/691\/EC)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u7b2c27\u9805 \u2013 \u5728\u5927\u529f\u7387\u63da\u8072\u5668\u4e2d\u4f5c\u70ba\u8f49\u63db\u5668\u710a\u6599\u7684\u925b\u5408\u91d1<br>Lead alloys as solder for tranducers used in high-powered loudspeakers (2006\/691\/EC)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u7b2c28\u9805 \u2013 \u9632\u6240\u542b\u7684\u516d\u50f9\u927b<br>Hexavalent chromium in corrosion preventive coatings (2006\/692\/EC)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the report also evaluated the following five new applications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>\u710a\u932b\u5305\u7dda\u548c\u63a5\u8173\u7684\u925b<br>Solder wire and lead pins<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u7528\u65bc\u5f69\u7e6a\u6216\u88dd\u98fe\u71c8\u5ea7\u6216\u6642\u9418\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u548c\u984f\u8272\u6240\u542b\u7684\u925b\u548c\u9398<br>Lead and cadmium contained in the glass and colors used for painting or decorating lamp holders or clocks.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Cortex\u5bb6\u65cf\u8a2d\u5099\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\u4e2d\u710a\u932b\u7684\u925b<br>Lead in the solder of the third component of Cortex family devices<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u7528\u65bc\u56fa\u614b\u7167\u660e\u548c\u986f\u793a\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u9398<br>Cadmium for solid-state lighting and display systems<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u7528\u65bc\u929c\u63a5\u6f06\u5305\u7dda(\u934d\u5c64&lt;100\u03bcm)\u53ca\u9285\u5305\u92c1\u7dda(\u9285\u5c64\u5c0f\u65bc20\u03bcm)\u7684\u710a\u932b\u4e2d\u7684\u925b\u542b\u91cf<br>The lead content in solder used for connecting enameled wire (plating &lt;100\u03bcm) and copper-clad aluminum wire (copper layer &lt;20\u03bcm)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The report recommends rejecting application number 3 and approving application number 4, but offers no recommendations for the remaining exclusion applications. Exclusion items for which no alternative is currently available will remain in effect until the next review on July 31, 2014.
