RoHS Adds Exclusion Items (2008\/385\/EC) NO.19\/2008<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In the Official Journal of the European Union, issued on May 24, 2008, the Commission published Directive 2008\/385\/EC, which was decided on January 24, 2008. This directive added exclusions for lead and cadmium to the existing RoHS Directive's exclusions annex.
<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following three items have been added to the appendix:<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
30. <\/td>\u4f7f\u7528\u65bc\u8072\u58d3\u5927\u65bc\u6216\u7b49\u65bc100\u5206\u8c9d\u7684\u9ad8\u529f\u7387\u97f3\u7bb1\u4e2d\u7684\u97f3\u5708\u8f49\u63db\u5668\u4e0a\u7684\u96fb\u5c0e\u9ad4\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u6216\u6a5f\u68b0\u710a\u9ede\u4e2d\u7684\u9398\u5408\u91d1\u3002Cadmium alloys as electrical\/mechanical solder joints to electrical conductors located directly on the voice coil in transducers used in high-powered loudspeakers with sound pressure levels of 100 dB (A) and more.<\/td><\/tr>
31. <\/td>\u65bc\u7121\u6c5e\u5e73\u9762\u87a2\u5149\u71c8(\u4f7f\u7528\u65bc\u6db2\u6676\u986f\u793a\u5668\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u6216\u5de5\u696d\u7167\u660e\u8a2d\u5099)\u4e2d\u710a\u932b\u5167\u542b\u7684\u925b\u3002Lead in soldering materials in mercury free flat fluorescent lamps (which e.g. are used for liquid crystal displays, design or industrial lighting).<\/td><\/tr>
32. <\/td>\u5c01\u88dd\u6c2c\u548c\u6c2a\u96f7\u5c04\u7ba1\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u925b\u3002Lead oxide in seal frit used for making window assemblies for Argon and Krypton laser tubes<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The main reason these products are included in the exclusion list is that there are currently no harmless chemical substances available as alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
