ECHA officially released the fourth batch of eight Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On December 15, 2010, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) officially designated eight substances as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) under REACH and added them to the list of authorized candidate substances. These eight substances are all carcinogenic, teratogenic, and reproductive toxicants (CMRs). Details are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is also an intermediate in the production of acetates.<\/td><\/tr>

 The list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) now includes 46 substances. These substances may be included in Annex XIV of the REACH Regulation for authorization, requiring companies to complete the authorization process within a certain period before they can continue to place products containing these substances on the EU market. Companies must pay close attention and prepare and respond early. At the same time, substances identified as SVHCs also require the fulfillment of corresponding obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
