After six months of discussion and consultation, ECHA recommended that these 10 SHCs be added to the Authorization List in Annex XIV. This final recommendation was submitted to the European Commission, EU member states, and the European Parliament for a final decision. Following legislation by the European Parliament, these substances may become officially listed as \"Authorized Substances\" in Annex XIV of REACH.
