Ocean Wind Power stated that of the 20 wind turbines in the second phase, 10 have been installed, and 6 have entered the commissioning phase. Commissioning is the final step before the completion of an offshore wind farm. Each turbine must complete a 10-14-day power generation test. Once all functions are normal during the test, it can be prepared for commercial operation. Taiwan's offshore wind power industry adopts a three-phase strategy: \"demonstration first, potential second, and then block-level development.\" Ocean Wind Power is a demonstration wind farm in the first phase.
