{"id":5875,"date":"2016-10-06T15:35:38","date_gmt":"2016-10-06T07:35:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/li-on.biz\/?p=5875"},"modified":"2024-02-02T15:00:45","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T07:00:45","slug":"%e7%91%9e%e5%85%b8%e6%8a%bd%e6%9f%a5%e7%99%bc%e7%8f%be-%e5%a1%91%e8%86%a0%e8%a3%bd%e5%93%81%e4%b8%ad%e5%90%ab%e6%9c%89%e6%9c%89%e5%ae%b3%e7%89%a9%e8%b3%aa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/li-on.biz\/en\/%e7%91%9e%e5%85%b8%e6%8a%bd%e6%9f%a5%e7%99%bc%e7%8f%be-%e5%a1%91%e8%86%a0%e8%a3%bd%e5%93%81%e4%b8%ad%e5%90%ab%e6%9c%89%e6%9c%89%e5%ae%b3%e7%89%a9%e8%b3%aa\/","title":{"rendered":"A random inspection in Sweden found harmful substances in plastic products."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Swedish Chemicals Agency (KEMI) recently conducted an inspection of commercially available plastic products for hazardous substances and found that at least 10% of the sampled products contained harmful chemicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KEMI\u62bd\u67e5\u4e8652\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u51fa\u54c1\u7684160\u9879\u5851\u80f6\u5236\u54c1\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u4e0b\u5217\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u8fdb\u884c\u68c0\u6d4b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Phthalate esters (plasticizers);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Short-chain chlorinated paraffins (plasticizers and flame retardants);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cadmium; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dimethylformamide\/methylacetamide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sampled plastic products included everyday household items such as bathroom supplies, garden tools, work gloves, bags\/purses, and sporting goods, most of which were made of soft plastic. The test results revealed that almost all PVC plastic products contained the aforementioned harmful substances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KEMI published the following results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fourteen products contained the aforementioned harmful substances, and their levels exceeded the regulatory limits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24 products contain SVHCs listed in the RACH candidate list, and the content is higher than 0.1% by weight;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>44 products contained the aforementioned chemical substances, but the levels were below the regulatory limits, or their product categories did not specify that they should not contain the aforementioned harmful substances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>78 products did not contain the aforementioned harmful substances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After KEMI notified the 52 manufacturers of the test results, some companies voluntarily removed products exceeding the limits for hazardous substances from their shelves. KEMI also took action, issuing sales bans on two products and filing complaints against 20 companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KEMI auditor Marcus Hagberg pointed out that although most products contain less harmful substances than the regulatory limits, these plastic products reach a very wide range of consumers and have a very large sales volume.
