{"id":6028,"date":"2007-05-25T17:12:00","date_gmt":"2007-05-25T09:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/li-on.biz\/?p=6028"},"modified":"2024-02-02T15:01:45","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T07:01:45","slug":"rohs-weee%e4%bc%81%e6%a5%ad%e5%95%8f%e5%8d%b7%e8%aa%bf%e6%9f%a5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/li-on.biz\/en\/rohs-weee%e4%bc%81%e6%a5%ad%e5%95%8f%e5%8d%b7%e8%aa%bf%e6%9f%a5\/","title":{"rendered":"RoHS &amp; WEEE Enterprise Questionnaire Survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Association Connecting Electronics Industries (IPC) has been commissioned by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Enterprises and Industry (DG Enterprises and Industry) to conduct a study on the impact of RoHS and WEEE regulations on corporate inputs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This research survey will be led by ECOLAS (Environment Consultancy and Assistance) and RPA (Risk &amp; Policy Analysts), and the research team has developed two different questionnaires to facilitate the analysis of the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IPC stated that the research and investigation on RoHS will attempt to quantify the results, and therefore will begin with a cost-benefit analysis of the economic and environmental impacts of the RoHS directive; the RoHS questionnaire will focus on the cost-benefit of compliance, the technical costs of RoHS elimination, and the social impact on businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for the research and survey on WEEE, it evaluates the industrial innovation and competitiveness caused by the WEEE Directive, and further specifies the key factors and requirements that have a significant impact.
