class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e3a\u5de5\u4e1a\u4f4e\u78b3\u8f6c\u578b \u6b27\u76df\u786e\u5b9a\u8d70\u5411\u6c22\u80fd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b27\u6d32\u8bae\u4f1a11\u65e5\u901a\u8fc7\u6c22\u80fd\u4e0e\u8131\u78b3\u6c14\u4f53\u5e02\u573a\u5957\u6848\uff08hydrogen and decarbonised gas markets package\uff09\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u6295\u8d44\u6c22\u80fd\uff0c\u5e76\u52a0\u901f\u8f6c\u578b\u5230\u751f\u8d28\u7532\u70f7\uff08biomethane\uff09\u4e0e\u4f4e\u78b3\u6c22\u7b49\u6c38\u7eed\u80fd\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300aEuractiv\u300b\u62a5\u5bfc\uff0c\u6b27\u6d32\u8bae\u4f1a\u8bae\u5458\u76d6\u5c14\uff08Jens Geier\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u300c\u6b27\u6d32\u6c22\u5e02\u573a\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u57fa\u7840\u3001\u9010\u6b65\u6dd8\u6c70\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u7684\u5f00\u59cb\u300d\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u4f4d\u8bae\u5458\u5e03\u6cfd\u514b\uff08Jerzy Buzek\uff09\u5219\u79f0\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u80fd\u6e90\u5e02\u573a\u5c06\u6709\u4e24\u5927\u6765\u6e90\u2014\u2014\u7eff\u8272\u7535\u529b\u4e0e\u7eff\u8272\u6c14\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u662f2030\u5e74\u5e95\u5c06\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u51c0\u6392\u653e\u76f8\u8f831990\u5e74\u6c34\u51c6\u524a\u51cf\u81f3\u5c1155%\u3002\u6839\u636e\u300aHydrogen Insight\u300b\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u754c\u5b9a\u4e86\u300c\u4f4e\u78b3\u6c22\u300d\u53ca\u5176\u884d\u751f\u7269\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u5408\u6210\u7532\u70f7\uff09\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\uff0c\u8fd9\u7c7b\u6c22\u6c14\u5728\u751f\u4ea7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u6240\u6392\u653e\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u4f1a\u6bd4\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u51cf\u5c11\u4e03\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b27\u76df\u6267\u59d4\u4f1a\u57282021\u5e74\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u6c22\u80fd\u8349\u6848\u3002\u76d6\u5c14\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u94a2\u94c1\u4e0e\u5316\u5b66\u4ea7\u4e1a\u8981\u8131\u78b3\u5e76\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u6b27\u6d32\u6c22\u5e02\u573a\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u8f93\u9001\u7f51\u8f6c\u578b\u6210\u8f93\u6c22\u7f51\u8def<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6839\u636e\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u6c22\u80fd\u89c4\u5212\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4f20\u8f93\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u7684\u7f51\u7edc\u5c06\u9010\u6b65\u8f6c\u578b\u4e3a\u4f20\u9001\u6c22\u6c14\u3002 \u300aEuractiv\u300b\u62a5\u5bfc\uff0c\u6c22\u7f51\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u5c06\u7531\u65b0\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u300c\u6b27\u6d32\u6c22\u7f51\u8425\u8fd0\u5546\u7f51\u7edc\u300d\uff08ENNOH\uff09\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002\u521d\u671f\u5148\u4e0e\u65e2\u6709\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u8f93\u9001\u8425\u8fd0\u5546\u7f51\u7edc\uff08ENTSOG\uff09\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e8e2026\u5e74\u63d0\u51fa\u5341\u5e74\u8ba1\u753b\u3002 2028\u5e74\u540e\uff0cENNOH\u5c06\u72ec\u7acb\u7ba1\u7406\u540e\u7eed\u8ba1\u753b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u9879\u8ba1\u753b\u6709\u5229\u8fd0\u7528\u65e2\u6709\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u7ba1\u7ebf\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u4e9b\u89c2\u5bdf\u5bb6\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u7f3a\u70b9\u662f\u8ba9\u6c22\u7f51\u96be\u4ee5\u72ec\u7acb\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u8be5\u6dd8\u6c70\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u7ba1\u7ebf\u4f1a\u60f3\u529e\u6cd5\u6210\u4e3a\u6c22\u7f51\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u8ba9\u89c4\u753b\u53d8\u5f97\u590d\u6742\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300aHydrogen Insight\u300b\u62a5\u5bfc\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u8981\u6c42\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u8f93\u9001\u8425\u8fd0\u5546\u4ece2025\u5e7410\u6708\u8d77\u8981\u6df7\u51655%\u6c22\u6c14\uff0c\u4f46\u63d0\u6848\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6c22\u80fd\u4e0e\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6c14\u4f53\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u4e8e\u5de5\u4e1a\u8131\u78b3\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u63d0\u4f9b\u5bb6\u5ead\u6696\u6c14\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
