&nbsp; ESPR\u4e3a\u4e00\u6574\u5957\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e3a\u5b9e\u8df5\u300c2020\u5faa\u73af\u7ecf\u6d4e\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\u300d\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5e2e\u52a9\u6b27\u76df\u5b9e\u73b0\u5176\u73af\u5883\u548c\u6c14\u5019\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u5c06\u6750\u6599\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5faa\u73af\u7387\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e00\u500d\uff0c\u5e76\u5728 2030 \u5e74\u5b9e\u73b0\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>\u6c38\u7eed\u4ea7\u54c1\u91cd\u8981\u6307\u6807<\/strong><br>\u27a4 \u4f4e\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528<br>\u27a4 \u53ef\u957f\u671f\u4f7f\u7528<br>\u27a4 \u6613\u7ef4\u4fee<br>\u27a4 \u6613\u62c6\u89e3\uff0c\u4e14\u53ef\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4f7f\u7528<br>\u27a4 \u542b\u6709\u8f83\u5c11\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\u7269\u8d28<br>\u27a4 \u53ef\u8f7b\u677e\u56de\u6536<br>\u27a4 \u542b\u6709\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u56de\u6536\u7269\u6599<br>\u27a4 \u5728\u5176\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u5185\u5177\u6709\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u78b3\u548c\u73af\u5883\u8db3\u8ff9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u7acb\u6cd5\u65f6\u7a0b\u6f14\u8fdb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cti-cert.com.tw\/upload\/images\/202408221552176586.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u751f\u6001\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><br>\u25aa&nbsp; \u63d0\u9ad8\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u8010\u7528\u6027\u3001\u53ef\u91cd\u8907\u4f7f\u7528\u6027\u3001\u53ef\u5347\u7d1a\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u4fee\u5fa9\u6027<br>\u25aa&nbsp; \u4f7f\u7522\u54c1\u66f4\u52a0\u7bc0\u80fd\u548c\u8cc7\u6e90\u9ad8\u6548<br>\u25aa&nbsp; \u89e3\u6c7a\u6291\u5236\u5faa\u74b0\u6027\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u5b58\u5728<br>\u25aa&nbsp; \u589e\u52a0\u56de\u6536\u542b\u91cf<br>\u25aa&nbsp; \u4f7f\u7522\u54c1\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u518d\u88fd\u9020\u548c\u56de\u6536<br>\u25aa&nbsp; \u5236\u5b9a\u6709\u95dc\u78b3\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u8db3\u8de1\u7684\u898f\u5247<br>\u25aa&nbsp; \u63d0\u9ad8\u7522\u54c1\u6c38\u7e8c\u6027\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u53ef\u7528\u6027<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ESPR \u662f\u4e00\u9879\u6846\u67b6\u7acb\u6cd5\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u89c4\u5219\u5c06\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u63a8\u79fb\uff0c\u5728\u6bcf\u79cd\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u9010\u6b65\u786e\u5b9a\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u5177\u6709\u76f8\u4f3c\u7279\u5f81\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ec4\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u6a2a\u5411\u786e\u5b9a\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5177\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u5171\u540c\u7279\u5f81\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ec4\uff0c\u6b64\u6846\u67b6\u5141\u8bb8\u8bbe\u5b9a\u6c34\u5e73\u51c6\u5219\u3002 ESPR \u8fd8\u5305\u542b\u8bb8\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u65b0\u914d\u5957\u63aa\u65bd\uff1a<\/strong><br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2605 Digital Product Passport (DPP) \u6570\u4f4d\u4ea7\u54c1\u62a4\u7167<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp; &nbsp; ESPR\u5c06\u63a8\u51fa\u6570\u4f4d\u4ea7\u54c1\u62a4\u7167\uff08DPP\uff09\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u7ec4\u4ef6\u548c\u6750\u6599\u7684\u6570\u4f4d\u8eab\u5206\u8bc1\uff0c\u5b83\u5c06\u50a8\u5b58\u76f8\u5173\u8d44\u8baf\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u3001\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5176\u5faa\u73af\u6027\u5e76\u52a0\u5f3a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp; &nbsp; \u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d44\u8baf\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u8fc7\u7535\u5b50\u65b9\u5f0f\u83b7\u53d6\uff0c\u4f7f\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u3001\u5236\u9020\u5546\u548c\u5f53\u5c40\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u5c31\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u3001\u5faa\u73af\u6027\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u660e\u667a\u7684\u51b3\u7b56\u3002\u5b83\u5c06\u5141\u8bb8\u6d77\u5173\u5f53\u5c40\u5bf9\u8fdb\u53e3\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684 DPP \u7684\u5b58\u5728\u6027\u548c\u771f\u5b9e\u6027\u8fdb\u884c\u81ea\u52a8\u68c0\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">DPP \u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u7684\u8d44\u8baf\u5c06\u7531\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4e0e\u6240\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u5229\u5bb3\u5173\u7cfb\u4eba\u5bc6\u5207\u534f\u5546\u540e\u786e\u5b9a\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d44\u8baf\u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<br>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u25cf \u4ea7\u54c1\u6280\u672f\u6027\u80fd<br>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u25cf \u6750\u6599\u53ca\u5176\u6765\u6e90<br>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u25cf \u7ef4\u4fee\u6d3b\u52a8<br>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u25cf \u56de\u6536\u80fd\u529b<br>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u25cf \u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u73af\u5883\u5f71\u54cd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>\u2605 \u672a\u552e\u51fa\u4ea7\u54c1\u9500\u6bc1\u673a\u5236<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u6b27\u76df\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u672a\u552e\u51fa\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u88ab\u76f4\u63a5\u9500\u6bc1\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u505a\u6cd5\u6d6a\u8d39\u4e86\u5b9d\u8d35\u7684\u8d44\u6e90\u3002 ESPR \u5728\u6b27\u76df\u9996\u6b21\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u79cd\u505a\u6cd5\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u7981\u6b62\u9500\u6bc1\u672a\u552e\u51fa\u7684\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u548c\u978b\u7c7b\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u5176\u4ed6\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7981\u4ee4\uff08\u5982\u679c\u6709\u8bc1\u636e\u8868\u660e\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\uff09\u5f00\u8f9f\u9053\u8def\u3002 <br>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u672a\u6765\u5c06\u8981\u6c42\u6240\u6709\u4ea7\u54c1\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5927\u578b\u3001\u4e43\u81f3\u4e2d\u578b\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u9700\u5728\u7f51\u7ad9\u63ed\u9732\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u7684\u5e74\u5ea6\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u4e22\u5f03\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6570\u91cf\u548c\u91cd\u91cf\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u88ab\u4e22\u5f03\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>\u2605 \u7eff\u8272\u516c\u5171\u91c7\u8d2d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp; &nbsp; \u6b27\u76df\u516c\u5171\u5f53\u5c40\u82b1\u8d39\u7ea6 1.8 \u5146\u6b27\u5143\u8d2d\u4e70\u5de5\u7a0b\u3001\u5546\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u3002 ESPR \u5c06\u900f\u8fc7\u4e3a\u8d2d\u4e70\u5176\u76d1\u7ba1\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6b27\u76df\u5f53\u5c40\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u7eff\u8272\u516c\u5171\u91c7\u8d2d\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u5f15\u5bfc\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d44\u91d1\u8d70\u5411\u66f4\u6c38\u7eed\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u4e3a\u6b64\u53ef\u80fd\u5c06\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u52a0\u5bf9\u6c38\u7eed\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u6fc0\u52b1\u4f01\u4e1a\u589e\u52a0\u5bf9\u6c38\u7eed\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/energy-climate-change-environment\/standards-tools-and-labels\/products-labelling-rules-and-requirements\/sustainable-products\/ecodesign-sustainable-products-regulation_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>\u8d44\u6599\u6765\u6e90:<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u767c\u5e03\u6642\u9593\uff1a2024-08-22 &nbsp;
