EN 50581 – EU RoHS (recast) harmonization standard

RoHS新版指令
2011/65/EU (以下簡稱RoHS (recast))
於2011年7月21日公佈於官方公報上，將於2013年1月2日起在歐盟成員國執行。RoHS (recast)
已為要求CE標誌的指令；製造商需依據 768/2008/EC 附錄II
模式A的方式，製作技術文件證明RoHS的符合性。指令對技術文件的主要要求如下：

產品的描述
材料、部件和/或半成品的文件
涉及技術文件和相關材料、部件和/或半成品的信息
制定技術文件所參考的協調標準和/或技術規範的列表

因此，歐盟委員會於2011年10月授權歐洲電工標準化委員會(CENELEC)擬一套程序以制定一項調和標準（harmonised
standard），從而指導製造商準備符合要求的技術文件。該標準EN 50581:
2012於2012年9月21日完成，並在2012年11月23日刊登歐盟官方公報上。其目的是要明定製造商在執行有害物質限制要求時需要準備哪些技術文
件，以證明符合RoHS (recast) 指令。該標準提供了以下的指導：

製造商需要參與的任務
如何確定相關信息
需要收集的相關信息
如何評估信息
需要進行的審核流程
