韩国政府加快脚步实施韩国RoHS

韩国政府加快脚步实施韩国RoHS

2007年底韩国电子电机设备及车辆回收法案(Act on the Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicles，以下简称韩国RoHS)、法令（Enforcement Ordinance）及规范(Enforcement Regulation)通过后，韩国政府加速制定其实施方法。 2008年1月底，韩国环境部及商业、产业暨能源部已公布5个实施方法，以及具法律效力及符合韩国RoHS之强制要求。

而管理电机电子设备及车辆之生态保证系统(Eco-assurance System)的电子框架(electronic framework)也已开始运作。此系统全名为Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicle Eco-Assurance System。

韩国RoHS法规及实施方法制定时程表：

#2007年4月27日电机电子设备及车辆回收法案(Act on the Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Automobiles) (国会通过第8405号法案)

#2007年12月28日　电机电子设备及车辆回收法案法令(Enforcement Ordinance of Act on the Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicles)　(第20480号总统令)

#2007年12月31日　电机电子设备及车辆回收法案规范(Enforcement Regulation of Act on the Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Vehicles)　（环境部第267号法令）

#2008年1月7日 　2008强制电机电子设备回收率通知(Public Notice on 2008 Obligatory Recycling Rate for Electrical and Electronic Equipment)　(环境部第2007-211号法令）

#2008年1月7日　准备及缴交废电机电子设备及废弃车辆运输清单指引通知(Public Notice on the Guidance for the Preparation and Submission of Waste Manifest for the Transport of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and End-of-Life Vehicles) (环境部第2007-210号通知)

#2008年1月29日 车辆回收资讯之规定通知(Public Notice on the Provision of Recycling Information for Vehicles) (环境部第2008-18号通知)

#2008年1月29日 车辆回收率及可回收利用率计算方法通知(Public Notice on the Provision of Recycling Information for Vehicles) (环境部第2008-16号通知；环境部及商业、产业暨能源部第2008-8号通知)
