| After January 31, 2020, cosmetic detergents containing any substance in a concentration equal to or greater than 0.1% by weight shall not be placed on the market. | As a single substance, as a component of other substances, or as a component of a mixture, if the substance is equal to or greater than 0.1% (by weight), it shall not be placed on the market, effective June 6, 2026. |
