EU REACH Annex XVII adds restrictions on 1,4-dichlorobenzene

The European Union issued Regulation (EU) 474/2014 regarding the list of hazardous substances in Annex 17 of the REACH Regulation, adding item 64, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, with a concentration limit of 1%, mainly related to air fresheners/deodorants. It came into effect on June 1, 2015.
