These parties shall participate in the consultation forum. The rules of procedure for the consultation forum shall be established by the European Commission.”
Since the EuP directive came into effect, three consultation forums have been held.
The first consultation forum time: June 22, 2007 Street lighting ecological design requirements
The second consultation forum time: October 19, 2007 Household appliances standby and shutdown mode losses, and office equipment ecological design requirements
The third consultation forum time: December 18, 2007 Ecological design requirements for general lighting equipment and lamps
The European Commission has announced that the fourth consultation forum will hold a meeting on ecological design requirements for external power supplies and simple set-top boxes on February 22, 2008.
The fifth consultation forum will also be held in Belgium on February 29, 2008 to discuss the ecological design requirements for boilers and water heaters.
