	Transfer certain appendices from the existing WEEE Directive to the RoHS Directive (article 95). The scope of the WEEE Directive will refer to the relevant appendices for the 10 product categories to which the RoHS Directive applies.
	Clarify devices outside the scope of the instructions (e.g., fixed installations).
	In the future, through the work process (comitology), devices will be divided into home devices (B2C – business to consumer) and non-home devices (B2B – business to business).
	The definitions in this directive are the same as those in the Waste Framework directives and the "Product Marketing" definition. A definition for "remove" has been added.

	The reuse and recycling goals will include the reuse of the entire device.
	The target is to increase by 5%.
	The goals for the recovery, recycling/reuse of medical devices are the same as those for monitoring devices (Class 9 products).

	Member states need to strengthen oversight and monitoring, particularly regarding waste management and transportation.
	The proposal outlines minimum monitoring requirements for the transportation of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
	Increase review and monitoring rules through work procedures.
